To kick off Black Cinema Month we bring you, Blade. Blade directly impacted and is of the same lineage as Black Panther and the Marvel film universe. Blade was Marvel’s first big movie with a Black lead, and its success is the direct reason for the continuation of big Marvel superhero movies to this day.
